Services are provided in the client's homes and communities. All of our leadership and supervisors hold BCBAs or BCaBAs and work closely with clients, behavioral interventionists and/or Registered Behavioral Therapist (RBT) staff to promote growth and development. Our clients receive ongoing assessments and extensive parental training, with empirically based research treatments tailored to each client’s special needs.
LILY SHIH, M.A., BCBA
After graduating from the University of California, Los Angeles, I continued my education at Antioch University in Culver City, where I earned my Master of Arts in Psychology, MFT. I later studied under Jose Martinez-Diaz, Ph.D., BCBA-D, Associate Dean, professor, and head of the School of Behavior Analysis at the Florida Institute of Technology. I dedicated 12 years of my professional career to building strategies that bring families into a therapeutic environment for children with autism. I have endeavored to incorporate parental education and caregiver involvement into the program because I believe that these principles are the cornerstones of successful ABA programs. I have always utilized my professional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience, my diversified communication skills, and compassion for children to make significant and lasting contributions to the lives and well-being of families and individuals with special needs.
